Roles & Responsibilities
- Be an entertainer at heart. It’s your game!
- Interact with players verbally and provide an engaging and rewarding experience through the live chat system
- Start each new game within but not exceeding the pre-set time interval appearing on the screen
- Create a pleasant, friendly and welcoming atmosphere when greeting new players. This must be reflected in the tone of voice, facial expression, posture and attitude
- Explain the rules of the games to customers
- Keep up a proficient and clear commentary on all transactions carried out
- Notify the supervisor immediately of any equipment malfunction
- Collaborate with the supervisor to improve the games and other related tasks
- Keep the tables and their surroundings in good state
- Maintain the highest possible standard of customer relations and company reputation
- Conduct any other reasonable tasks as may be directed by the employer from time to time, in accordance with company needs
- Participate in campaigns, media promotions
- This position is based on an 8 hours shift basis, including night shifts. (including weekends and public holidays)
- Located in Kiev or willing to relocate
Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Turkish, both spoken and written, with a good basic knowledge of English
- Comfortable in front of a camera
- Positive, proactive approach to work, with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High work ethics, positive attitude and service minded
- Professionally minded and want to work with a professional team in a fast-paced environment
- Have an interest in learning about the industry and games
- Ideally have worked at least part-time for a year or two, preferably with entertainment-related tasks
